When I went on Twitter this evening, I saw the hashtag #PancakeDay was trending, and I asked myself 'why not share my little recipe of thin and sweet crepes to celebrate this event ?'. I admit that I should have published it last Tuesday for 'Chandeleur' (the Pancake Day in France), but hey, better late than never right ? And well, it is Shrove Tuesday (or Mardi Gras) and after all, crepes are the french-style pancakes so take out your pan !

Finally, the sky has been blue and clear since a few days in Sri Lanka. For once, I must say that I'm glad to have the sun back. Besides, the heat became more bearable than a month ago, so all is well! Anyway, to celebrate those beautiful days, I decided to share with you the best recipe of the cutest biscuits in the world without hesitation. No no no, I'm not kidding. These are the best! Not because I made them (a little bit though, I'm just saying huh!) but especially because these biscuits are crunchy and chewy, a delight for the taste buds!
